Lupus Bilateral Joint Pain

automatic starter relay or starter solenoid.

Re-installation of automatic starter relay, Magnetic Switch or starter solenoid .

Hello again to all my loyal readers, friends that always follow this path, in this case I bring a new procedure, which is none other than riding the starter relay , starter solenoid , magnetic switch or as they say here, the relay machine or boot, as you will have many names, the reason for this is because in Chapter http://joseranto.blogspot .com/2009/01/sistema-elctrico-central-parte-ii-re.html , never mention how to install this part, a valid excuse would be that it did not base which houses the automatic start for the time, I hope you will forgive me.

Ingredients needed for this recipe

A-die rache 10mm.

An automatic original boot-code by NOS Honda: 35850-371-670, can serve the 35,850-KRF-T00, but must adapt the terminals, the latter is the bringer of Honda CGL 125 made in China by Wuyang Honda, but I've adapted without problems.

Base automatic start-code by NOS: 35851-392-000 .

Step 1.

first thing to do, will have on hand, all parts in an orderly manner, as are the automatic, the base and two nuts, see picture # 1.1.

Photo # 1.1-The automatic boot base and two nuts ready to be installed.

This piece is inlaid into the base that is shaped like a ring and embraces way to hold securely, carefully insert it as shown in picture # 1.2.

Photo # 1.2. Automatic inserting in its base.

Once you have done, as should be as shown in picture # 1.3.

Photo # 1.3.-Automatic start with the base mounted.

And where is all this mounted?, If you look carefully, close to the voltage regulator, a small folded plate with two holes indicated by an arrow red and blue in picture # 1.4, this is the original site where you installed the automatic start through its base.

Photo # 1.4-Platinum the two holes (indicated by colored arrows) that lodges in its proper place to start automatically.

Step 2.

Once located where it is anchored automatic start, proceed to align with the purpose of first hand tighten each bolt, see picture # 2.1.

Photo # 2.1.-Aligning hand automatic start at the base.

Fair is the time to first hand tighten the two bolts, indicated by a red arrow and yellow respectively, see photo # 2.2.

Photo # 2.2.-placing the two bolts by hand first (see red arrow and yellow respectively), and then be tightened to force through a with a die rache 10mm .

With the help of a doubt over a die rache 10mm give definitive assurance that noble and important piece, see picture # 2.3.

Photo # 2.3.-Time at which solidly pressed the automatic start in the right place.

Step 3.

Okay, now we have to interconnect all the wiring, the automatic start system is interconnected to the electric motor via two cables, one black (positive ) and a yellow with red stripe (negative) coming from the power button located on the right lever on the handlebars, connect each cable with its partner of the same color, see photos # 3.1 and 3.2

A brief explanation of how this device, is that when you pass the key, the black wire is always excited, not so with the ground, leaving the open circuit until a depress the start button and is grounded to the handlebar this closes the circuit and activates the starter solenoid, which in turn wakes up the starter, with his characteristic shriek or sound, is quite simple.

Photo # 3.1.-connecting the two wires (black and yellow with red positive negative), which feed the starter solenoid or automatic.

Photo # 3.2.-Way as the two cables should be connected and

However, we must connect the starter motor to start automatically, for which the positive cable comes from the very start should be connected to one pole that has the starter solenoid, the first time, be careful to place the positive lead coming from the starter motor (see indicated with a red circle), see photo # 3.3 and then join the end to one of the poles of the automatic start through a 10mm nut, see photo # 3.4 and 3.5.

Photo # 3.3.-Identifying the positive lead coming from the starter motor and moves to one pole of the solenoid.

Photo # 3.4.-placing one end of positive lead to starter one pole of the solenoid or automatic boot ..

Photo # 3.5.-Ensure all with the help of a and die rache 10mm and ready, as these cables are secured by a 10mm tuerquita

.

Once you connect the positive cable boot, we will place the positive lead that goes from the starter solenoid or automatic to the positive terminal battery, see photo # 3.6.

Photo # 3.6.-The positive cable is connected between the positive terminal of the battery and the solenoid or automatic boot.

To install this cable, which is located at the ends and insert the pole that is free of the machine, see picture # 3.7.

Photo # 3.7.-inserting one end of the cable to the battery automatically.

Once done, place the respective washer and then tighten with a more rache dice 10mm nut that holds everything, see photos # 3.8 and 3.9.

Photo # 3.8.-placing the washer between the tip of the cable and nut.

Photo # 3.9.-pressing all with the help of a more as rache 10mm.

If necessary, re-connect again the red wire with white stripe (see red arrow and yellow respectively) coming from the rectifier, see picture # 3.10.

Photo # 3.10.-Re-connecting the red wire with white stripe coming from the rectifier.

For safety whenever I go to play or review some of the electrical disconnect one wire from the fusiblera, a way to not cause a short-circuit is like putting a pipe to repair the house sink or toilet and not close the main water supply housing, a mess and waterfall will form., see photo # 3.11.

Reconnected Photo # 3.11 and one of the wires going to the fusiblera.

"The end result?

Well everything should be more or less as seen in this photo.

Again has been a great experience being able to share with you all this part of the restoration, this part should have been explained here: http: / / joseranto.blogspot.com/2009/01/sistema-elctrico-central-parte-ii-re.html , but I did the base of the machine and therefore the obvious, for when I arrived, so I hope it will useful herein, we meet again this way soon, Greetings friends.

models and production of the Honda CB750 Four by year. Electric System

For browsing here and there, I came across this interesting little brochure that shows the years in which each model of the Honda CB750 Four hit the streets, is in English but soon translate into English.

Monster Energy M In Symbols

CB750 Four.

1-Re-installing the battery or accumulator.

2 - Part I, central power system, the regulator and rectifier.

3 - Part II, Central Electrical, Re-connect all the main wiring and all sub-systems.
